The Best Wines from

the Marlborough Region

Complementing Indian & Asian cuisine

Pinot Gris

A full bodied, well structured wine, with a rich soft texture,

medium acidity and long finish. Zesty citrus and pear flavours

dominate the palate.

A very nice near-dry style showing excellent Pinot gris fruit

character and balance. Has a wide appeal with a big range of

food flavours. An excellent Marlborough statement which

deserves attention for its versatility and charm.

Sauvignon Blanc

Medium bodied wine alive with fresh fruit, accentuated by the

lively acidity and long, clean finish.

Distinctive Marlborough style, lots of gooseberries and

asparagus with gentle capsicum tones. A sound and true

regional wine quiet definitive in first class drinking condition.

Well suited to tangy food from vegetarian courses to the food

from the sea.

Pinot Noir

Deep garnet colour with ripe plum and red cherry with hints of

bright violet and oak spice.

Fresh style with low oak impact to allow very nice fruit flavours

to come through. Nice textures and well suited to Asian courses

and working perfectly also with antipasto. A true-to-variety

wine without complications and a high drink ability rating with

light or tangy food flavours.
